  • My daughter has attended various one day and also week long camps run by Aisling. She developed an enthusiasm and love for cooking as a result of partaking in cookery classes based on well chosen recipes ideally suited to the age profile. She loves going to these classes and even though she went on her own Aisling made sure she was teamed up with someone. A lot of fun was had and we are enjoying various menus since.
  • Hi my name is Caoimhe and I have attended the cookery school twice and I loved every minute of it. I learnt loads of new skills and I still use those skills. Aisling is a great teacher, she explains everything very well and is really nice too. All of ingredients are the best of quality. I would defiantly go back again and would recommend the course to anyone who has an interest in culinary arts.

  • My daughter Emma has been going to the academy for the past two and half years she loves it so much. She has learned so much it amazing. She is so looking forward to summer camp. I drive from north Dublin every day and would not look for another class anywhere else. Thanks Aisling for all your hard work. Keep you the good work.
  • Both my daughters have attended the Academy for Junior Chefs for the past 2 summers. One for the Junior Chef and one for the Pro Chef. They have both enjoyed it immensely are are planning to return this summer. As it is so difficult to find summer camps for teenagers, this one is perfect especially for anyone doing home economics in secondary school.
